Job Summary
PhoneLab is looking for an experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician who is also comfortable working in sales and assisting customers. We’re looking for someone who knows how to repair smartphones, install screen protectors, and help customers find the right phone cases and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair iPhones and Android devices, including screen and battery replacements.
- Professionally install screen protectors.
- Assist customers with purchasing phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and other accessories.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Handle sales transactions and keep the store clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous experience repairing cell phones.
- Knowledge of iPhone and Android repairs.
- Experience installing screen protectors.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Pay: $15–$16/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
