Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
