Repair Technician/Customer Service Role - Troy, MI

UBREAKIFIX is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team in Troy, MI.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, helping customers, and learning new skills. Previous cell phone repair experience is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of smartphones and electronic devices.
• Perform high-quality repairs while following company procedures and manufacturer standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, explain repair options and recommendations.
• Assist customers with questions about devices, accessories, and available services.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Stay current on new devices, technology, repair techniques, and company processes.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous cell phone repair or electronics experience preferred, but not required.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
• Coachable and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
