We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, diagnose, and repair mobile devices and equipment
- Perform field service repairs at customer locations
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on devices
- Provide technical support to customers regarding device functionality
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment for repairs is a must
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, including Android operating systems and Apple
- Proficient in analyzing and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in equipment repair, and soldering.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Familiarity with hand tools and soldering techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
