Mobile Repair Technician and Sales Specialist

POSITION DETAILS

As a Remote Mobile Technician and Sales Associate you will focus on creating the best possible experience for our customers from the comfort of their own home or work place. You will be responsible for guiding the customer through the entire uBreakiFix experience from start to finish and after. You will use a friendly, professional demeanor to build customer confidence and exceed expectations by making the store experience natural, engaging and reassuring. All applicants should be willing to utilize proven techniques to increase their merchandise and service sales. You will build and maintain relationships with customers to help guide them to the right products and services that best fit their needs. We base your levels of success on your team and personal productivity as well as overall location performance.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive to customers location to provide "we come to you" repairs/services
• Repair devices in accordance with our partners and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot and repair customer electronic devices
• Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers (selling on every transaction)
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
• Achieve sales goals
• Organize same-day pick-up inventory (packing, shipping, receiving, and handing off packages to delivery drivers)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback
• Self-manage and set priorities
• Multi-task in a fast/retail environment
• Contribute & support in market, based on needs of the business and store locations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (must meet some, not all)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a retail environment.
• Experience repairing electronics.
• Bilingual spoken and written also preferred.
