In-Store Solutions Expert / Technician

Position Overview

The In-Store Solutions Expert position REQUIRES strong technical repair skills for cell phones, tablet, computers and gaming consoles as well as sales knowledge for mobile devices and exemplary customer service skills to ensure an excellent client experience.

**Professional cell phone repair experience is required.**

$16/hr plus commissions w/ incremental pay increases based on training benchmarks; eligible for Group Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance after 90-day training/probationary period.

Primary Responsibilities

• Repairs: Perform repairs on clients' mobile devices (cell phones and tablets).
• Sales: Offer partner services and explain their benefits to each client.
• Build rapport with clients both in store and over the phone to ensure we can address their needs and provide a solution.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and client satisfaction goals.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Professional experience repairing electronics (cell phones, iPads, tablets, computers, gaming consoles) (Required)
• Outstanding sales and customer service skills with proven job experience (Required)
• Previous experience working at retail electronics store (Preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Technical degree or certification in electronics (Preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
• High school diploma or GED
