• Maintain organized records of product data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times
• Collaborate with inventory and customer service teams to resolve listing discrepancies or issues promptly
• Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Excel and Word processing tools for data analysis and report generation
• Conduct routine audits of listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards

Skills

• Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheets management
• Excellent typing skills, including 10-key typing speed for efficient data entry
• Experience with data collection, filing, and organizing large volumes of information systematically
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly with high attention to detail
• Basic math skills for pricing adjustments and inventory calculations
