Job Title: Network Support Technician
Location: Onsite – Bartow, FL 33830
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview
Seeking an Intermediate Network Support Technician to monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network and infrastructure systems. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation resource and supports network reliability, performance, and security across environments.
Scope of Work
- Monitor, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (Aruba switches, wireless access points, cabling).
- Install, configure, and support physical servers for infrastructure services.
- Administer virtual server environments (Hyper-V, HCI).
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for network and infrastructure incidents.
- Implement secure access controls, file server permissions, DFS, and ACLs.
- Support high availability, redundancy, and performance monitoring initiatives.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- One year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant network/infrastructure experience
Salary : $35 - $38
