Title: Advanced Analytics Manager, Commercial Analytics & Insights
Organon is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Analytics Manager to join the Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This position directly supports a U.S. business unit and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology to deliver actionable, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large healthcare datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other commercial data-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Marketing measurement (MMM), A/B testing
- HCP segmentation, dynamic targeting
- Proficiency with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or other healthcare datasets.
- Hybrid work requirement: 2–3 days onsite per week.
