Our Construction Supervisors are critical to ensuring launch timelines are met by overseeing execution from the moment a lease is signed through Certificate of Occupancy.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily site construction activities including contractor management, schedule tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with the AV Infra team post-site handoff to ensure execution aligns with site design and permitting.
- Own and manage construction change orders, cost control, and contractor accountability.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Places, StratFin, Safety, Legal) to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure.
- Review and approve design drawings and construction specs; ensure build aligns to AV operational needs.
- Support launch execution team in depot turnover readiness (utilities, inspections, certifications).
- Implement best practices for playbook-driven, repeatable construction in multiple markets.
- 5-8 years of construction management, site delivery, or related field experience.
- Strong project management experience across concurrent site builds.
- Comfortable managing change orders, cost tracking, and contractor performance.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with real estate development, EV infrastructure, or AV depot construction.
- Experience juggling multiple builds at once in a fast pace start-up like environment
- Prior involvement in scaling site builds across multiple geographies.
- Technical familiarity with electrical, charging, or network systems.
- Understanding of permitting, zoning, utility interconnection processes.
Salary : $140,000 - $172,000
