The Sr. Business Process Analyst, GPO will own Uber's Order to Cash (OTC) process improvements and technology roadmap for Credit Risk Management!
This individual will analyze business needs and work with teams such as Finance, Sales, FinTech and IT Engineering. In addition, they will own revising and building processes to support all Credit activities across all lines of business. In addition to owning Uber's Credit policy and processes, the role will also work closely with Uber's OTC Credit Management Team!

What You'll Do
- Lead high-impact, end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives within Uber's global credit risk and collections operations.
- Drive enhancements to Credit Risk Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and end-to-end Credit Management processes to protect the business while supporting profitable growth.
- Build and execute process, control, and enhancement roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage complex projects from concept to implementation, applying strong analytical and project management skills to deliver scalable, automated solutions.
- Standardize and optimize global business processes across all B2B products and lines of business, enabling increased operational efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence priorities and drive alignment.
- Independently prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 4 years of Credit & Collections Operational and/or Process experience, in multifaceted, complex, matrixed environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Credit Risk Certification is a plus.
- Ability to drive and improve end-to-end processes with a track record in business process re-engineering and systems analysis
- Functional knowledge of credit management, bad debt, customer invoicing, receivable aging, and collections
- Strong understanding of internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley compliance
- Robust experience working with cross-functional partners across teams and geographies
- Proven experience collaborating with IT and engineering teams
- Ability to influence and collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced changing environment
- Formal Agile and/or Six Sigma certifications are an advantage
- Experience or active exposure to advanced technologies e.g., Machine Learning, AI, etc. is an advantage
Salary : $99,000 - $110,000
