What You'll Do

- Manage team P&L, vendor relationships and contracts
- Optimize Salesforce tooling to automate reporting, track revenue to target, identify strategic growth bets and standardize workstreams.
- Streamline and oversee the Creative Studio trade awards submission process
- Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks that outline end to end processes, serving as a source of truth across all disciplines
- Oversee Creative Studio contribution to cross functional Seasonal Moments workstream
- Assess operational risks, raise flags, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- 5 years of professional work experience
- Proven track record in Advertising
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- You are an intrapreneur;" eager to tap into your organizational and interpersonal skills to build from the ground up
- You are flexible; a resilient problem solver who is excited to forge strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Salary : $132,000 - $147,000
