What The Candidate Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Growth Account Executives managing a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Drive revenue expansion through structured account planning, cross-sell, and increased product adoption
- Establish clear segmentation and prioritization frameworks across the book of business to ensure focused execution
- Partner with account executives on complex deals, including stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and expansion strategy
- Build and implement operating rhythms around forecasting, pipeline inspection, and performance tracking
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within existing customers, including expansion across locations, use cases, and products
- Partner cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and scale repeatable growth motions
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, including experience managing complex or enterprise accounts
- 2 years of experience leading or managing sales teams
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise sales, account management, or expansion roles
- Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams
- Experience building or scaling sales processes, including territory design, segmentation, or account planning frameworks
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive multi-threaded engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and prioritization
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other core sales tools
Salary : $162,000 - $200,000
