What The Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute the strategic product vision for Mobility Marketplace, focusing on sophisticated algorithmic solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iterative optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
- Analyze complex market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments to inform strategic decisions and algorithmic product enhancements.
- Define clear, measurable product KPIs, track performance, and continuously improve based on data insights and user feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Engineering) highly desirable.
- 7 years of product management experience, specifically involving algorithmic products or data-driven marketplace solutions.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling marketplace or platform products leveraging complex algorithms or data-driven optimization.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed, impactful decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities, including experience managing cross-functional and technical teams.

Salary : $216,000 - $240,000
