Job Description
To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage certificate requests
- Provide day-to-day support for routine tasks and incidents assigned to the Systems Access Management team
- Support routine tasks and maintenance for Active Directory and Entra ID
- Collaborate directly with Information Security and other teams on topics related to user access
- Document standards and procedures related to your team
- Ensure requests are completed on time and within scope
- Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Basic understanding of SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and identity federations
- Basic understanding of Role-Based Access control and products, OAuth, Single Sign On, and related access and identity management
- Rudimentary understanding of security certificates and their use
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability working in a team environment
