Executive Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative Assistant to provide advanced, executive-level support to a dynamic team. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced organizational efficiency
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior leaders, prioritizing critical business needs
  • Coordinate and lead logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda development and follow-up actions
  • Prepare, edit, and review high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and compile reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Oversee budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating executive-level meetings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting leadership teams in large or corporate environments
  • Background in financial tracking, reporting, or budgeting
  • Experience coordinating large-scale meetings or events
