Job Description
This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering impactful leadership training programs that build capacity across our leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, a compelling presenter, and a strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Leadership Training & Development: · Design and develop engaging leadership training programs aligned with organizational goals and values. · Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions for leadership teams to enhance their skills in leading people, managing conflict, and fostering inclusive workplaces. · Continuously assess training effectiveness and adapt content to meet evolving needs.
2. Employee Relations Education: · Serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations best practices, policies, and procedures. · Deliver educational sessions to leaders and team members on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace culture.
3. Relationship Building · Proactively cultivate strong relationships with leaders across departments to understand their needs and tailor training accordingly. · Act as a trusted advisor and resource for leadership teams navigating employee relations challenges.
4. Onboarding & Team Support · Assist in onboarding new Employee Relations team members by providing training, mentorship, and integration support. · Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in approach and alignment with organizational values.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 5 years of experience in employee relations, leadership development, or training facilitation.
· Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging training programs.
· Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive educator who thrives on building relationships and driving positive change.
· An engaging facilitator who can energize a room and make complex topics accessible.
· A collaborative team player who brings creativity, empathy, and strategic insight to every interaction.
· Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
· Strong project management and organizational skills
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
· Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficiency in presentation software including Powerpoint, Google Slides, Canva is desired.
· DISC -certified professional preferred
