Job Description
Under general supervision, to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks often of a confidential and/or complex nature. To compose, transcribe, type, edit and proof documents. To maintain calendars and schedule meetings in a timely manner. To schedule and prepare material for routine and departmental meetings. To develop, implement, and maintain record keeping and filing system. To develop, implement, and maintain record keeping and filing system. Inventories, requisitions, and maintain all office supplies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
