Duties
- Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of family and community support programs to meet diverse needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, service providers, families, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Manage administrative functions including documentation, reporting, compliance tracking, and record-keeping.
- Develop innovative strategies for program growth and outreach to expand services for families.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in program development and implementation from conception through evaluation.
- Strong background in relationship management with community partners, families, and service users.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
