Key Responsibilities
Direct vehicle traffic safely and efficiently within parking areas
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with parking instructions and directions to terminals
Maintain organized and safe parking operations
Monitor parking areas for safety and report any issues
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Support team members during peak cruise arrival and departure times
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work weekends, early mornings, and peak cruise days
Previous parking or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
