3rd Shift Valet Clerk

Location: Orlando, Florida 

Schedule: Overnight shift (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required)

Job Summary

The 3rd Shift Valet Clerk is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous valet parking services during overnight hours. This role ensures excellent customer service while securely parking and retrieving guest vehicles and maintaining a smooth traffic flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently

• Issue and collect valet tickets and keys accurately

• Monitor the parking area to ensure vehicle security

• Report vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet and parking areas

• Provide basic assistance to guests as needed

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently during overnight hours

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods

Preferred Skills

• Previous valet, parking, or customer service experience

• Familiarity with local area and parking facilities
