Warehouse Auditor

We are seeking a Warehouse Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition, maintaining our high standards of quality and accuracy.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Product and quantity verification according to sheets.
• Detect errors made during picking and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Wrap and tag pallet for shipment if correct.
• Assist the Audit Supervisor and with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure purchase orders and customer invoices are accurate before shipment.
• Safely lift and move products up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reviewing camera footage is an advantage.
