Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive planning, operations, and executive programs for a high-impact technology organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and elevate how insights, priorities, and outcomes are communicated across the organization.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong background in management consulting, product or business strategy, and data-driven decision-making, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual and quarterly planning cycles, including strategy development, goal setting, and OKR narrative creation.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and facilitate leadership offsites, strategic reviews, and planning forums.
- Translate long-term strategy into actionable operating plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Define, launch, and execute high-impact, cross-functional programs that improve team efficiency, operating rigor, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive program governance, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
- Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending and implementing scalable solutions.
- Work with complex data sets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and executive discussions.
- Craft clear, compelling narratives that communicate consumer insights, business priorities, and strategic direction.
- Drive team culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational values and operating principles.
- Elevate how the team tells its story by building innovative, high-impact deliverables (executive decks, workshops, in-person immersions, and strategic narratives).
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, operations, or analytics within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong experience working with data, performing analysis, and translating insights into executive-ready recommendations.
- Background in driving org-wide planning processes (OKRs, annual planning, operating rhythms).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with C-level or senior executive leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
