The Fintech Tech Strategy & Planning (TS&P) team is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead our Portfolio Governance, Change Management, and External Dependency Management Programs.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the 'nerve center' of the Fintech portfolio, transforming how we track, govern, and adjust our strategic investments. You will move the organization beyond static reporting to predictive, AI-driven insights that accelerate decision-making at the leadership level. This role requires close partnership with Data Analytics, Strategy, and Execution Excellence leaders to ensure our Source of Truth (SOT) acts as a driver of action rather than just a repository of data

Responsibilities

Portfolio Governance & AI-Driven Intelligence

  • SOT Stewardship: Own the end-to-end process for data ingestion into the Fintech Portfolio Source of Truth (SOT), establishing governance frameworks to ensure high-fidelity, standardized submissions across all priorities.

  • AI Implementation: Champion the use of the TPM AI Toolkit and coach teams on leveraging standardized AI prompts to generate status updates and risk assessments, drastically reducing manual administrative overhead.

  • Predictive Insights: Leverage AI to synthesize portfolio data into actionable insights, empowering TPMs to move beyond 'reporting the news' to predicting risks and driving delivery for key Fintech programs.

  • Modernized Reporting: Innovate communication methods by creating AI-generated podcasts, videos, and concise pre-reads to optimize executive time during synchronous meetings.

  • Portfolio Review OpMech: Own the Portfolio Review operating mechanism, transforming the monthly meeting into a decision-making forum focused on unblocking programs and managing critical paths rather than status read-outs.

New Priorities Intake & Change Management

  • In-Year Change Management: Own the process for in-year prioritization, deprioritization, and trade-offs, ensuring shifts are executed quickly with clear communication strategies to keep the organization aligned.

  • Decision Excellence: Champion the Fintech Decision Workflow and partner across the organization to ensure the process is leveraged widely and accurately.

  • Framework Adoption: Drive the adoption of the Fintech Decision Template and gather feedback to iterate and improve decision velocity.

Dependency Management (Enablers)

  • Manage the 'Enablers' Ecosystem: Own the process for managing external dependencies (Highly Leveraged Capabilities/Teams) that Fintech relies on to deliver priorities.

  • Visibility & Unblocking: Create a transparent view of cross-portfolio bottlenecks and establish systems where partners understand engagement models, ensuring quick identification and resolution of dependency risks.

Qualifications

Experience & Technical Acumen

  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to learn and navigate technical program management, data analytics, and engineering tools.

  • Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in a rapidly changing environment and executing effectively with limited information and ambiguity.

  • Cultural Fit: A mindset that thrives in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation , acting as a professional team player with strong leadership skills.

Communication & Influence

  • Executive Communication: Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally.
