Job Description:
Master J After School Academy in Norwood, MA is seeking a reliable and responsible team member to support our after-school program. This role includes working with students in a structured environment and assisting with daily operations, including transportation.
We are looking for someone who communicates well with staff, works positively with children, and is interested in long-term growth with our program.
Responsibilities
- Support daily after-school program activities
- Supervise students and ensure a safe, structured environment
- Assist with student transportation using a 7D-approved vehicle
- Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
- Follow all state and program safety guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass CORI/SORI background checks
- Authorized to work in the United States
7D License holders are preferred. Support and guidance will be provided for candidates who need assistance obtaining the license.
