What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Employee- Mechanical Engineer Intern position at U. S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc.?
We are seeking a candidate pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree that will:
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Consolidate data and create reports.
- Supporting the implementation of maintenance-related projects and upgrades.
- Help with procedural review, revisions, and implementation.
- Be out in the manufacturing facility interacting with employees and managers.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- Candidates must be a current student and have completed their sophomore year by June 2026 and be in good academic standing
- Be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
