Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Program Analyst to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, the analyst will provide critical support by analyzing and interpreting data to guide decision-making processes. Responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting in budget planning, tracking project milestones, evaluating program performance, and providing recommendations for enhancements. The Program Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program goals with organizational objectives, ensuring operational effectiveness and mission success.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in strategic planning, organizational efficiency, and program evaluation.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods, including tracking milestones and resource allocation.
  • Team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of government operations, policy development, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
