COMPETITION SERVICES ASSISTANT
CLASSIFICATION Seasonal, Part-time
FLSA Nonexempt
REPORTS TO Director of Competition Services
LOCATION Park City, UT
TRAVEL <5% travel
BENEFITS This role does not include medical benefits
SALARY $20/hr - $22.50/hr
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Competition Services Assistant assists with day-to-day operations of the Competition Service Department, providing liaison between sport competition programs, competition organizers, competitions results, officials, volunteers, members, parents and clubs. This is an hourly, part-time, temporary position. Position will be variable 10-15 hours per week. It will start as soon as it is filled and end May 15, 2026.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule Agreement System – Provide customer service support for users of the online system, process received agreements, and file for risk management.
- Athlete Points System – Assist with result processing. Maintain electronic and hard copy race result packets, contact organizers when packets are overdue, and file for risk management.
- Organizational Contact – Have the ability to provide basic contact direction for all sports.
- Other Duties – Other duties as assigned by the Director of Competition Services.
