What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at U.S. Security Care, Inc.?
Operations Scheduler provides administrative support to Regional Directors on the coordination of employee work schedules based on client needs.
Position Location: Carnegie, PA 15106 (ONSITE position)
Part-Time – Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 10:30AM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed;
- Assists Scheduling and Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments;
- Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software;
- Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
- Keeps Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs - must be team oriented;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- 2 years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);
- Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
- Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
