The Dialysis Clinical Coordinator oversees the management and operation of a dialysis clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinating patient care services. This position is responsible for assisting with management and operation of the clinic, assuming full responsibility in the absence of the Administrator.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include:
- Current RN license in applicable state;
- 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis;
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire;
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors;
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment;
- Working knowledge of English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing;
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
