You will collect data and complete nursing assessments using appropriate standards and tools.
You will develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care.
You will evaluate patient progress, revise plans as needed, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
An Associate degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina is necessary.
