Compensation: Guaranteed draw uncapped commission — top performers earn $120K

The reps earning $120K don’t sit and wait for the phone to ring — they turn every inspection into the next three referrals and grow their territory year over year. We give you the foundation. You decide how high you build on it.
What you’ll sell:
- Pest control — general pest, bed bugs, mosquitoes, and more
- Liquid termite treatments — we’re one of the only companies that does this the right way
- Crawlspace solutions — encapsulations, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, sump pumps
These aren’t nice-to-haves. Homeowners need these services, and they’re calling us.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Inspect homes and identify pest, termite, and moisture issues
- Walk homeowners through their options — educate, don’t pressure
- Build long-term relationships with customers in your territory
- Multiply your leads through referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with our service teams so every job is done right
- Hit your numbers and grow your book of business
