Lead Home Inspector

My City Home Inspector is growing aggressively in Nashville, and we are looking for a lead inspector who wants to help build the market, not just work in it! This role combines home inspections, relationship building, networking, office visits, and local market growth. We want someone who enjoys being in the field, connecting with people, and becoming a known, trusted presence in the real estate community. You’ll work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and our leadership team while helping expand our footprint throughout Middle Tennessee.

• Realtor office visits and relationship building

Compensation & Growth Path

• Starting compensation $65,000
• 90-day development check-ins
