Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle management of complex IT infrastructure or Command and Control (C2) systems; leading or supervising professional IT staff, including setting priorities, evaluating performance, and providing technical guidance; formulating, executing, and defending IT budget requirements and strategic capital investment plans; applying advanced enterprise architecture and cybersecurity principles to protect, defend, and integrate critical information systems. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

- You will be the principal technical authority for all Communications Systems (CS) supporting the Fleet Command Center and the COMPACFLT Maritime Operations Center.
- You will be responsible for strategic long-range planning, project execution, operational readiness, and continuous improvement for the transport, networks, and systems supporting the PACFLT Admin Site.
- You will meet stringent Joint Task Force, Joint Force Maritime Component Commander (JFMCC) and Maritime Operations Center (MOC) requirements.
- You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and rigorous enforcement of SOPs, Annex K to standardize and optimize operational protocols in support of exercises and real-world operations.
- You will exercise administrative and technical supervision over technical subordinates at the COMPACFLT Administrative Site (CPF Annex) for CS MOC Systems support.
