Aviation Electronics Technician



Air Force Aviation Electronics Technicians work on some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world.



They maintain, diagnose and repair complex electrical electronic equipment supporting critical functions such as radar communications navigation weapons.



Radar systems include antenna communication transmission reception operating frequency deployment encryption networking sensing propulsion satellite support launch configure & operate inspect test calibrate lab annual inspection regulatory



  • Troubleshoot and repair advanced aircraft systems, including digital computers fiber optics infrared detection laser electronics micro-miniature circuit card repairs.
  • Maintain aircraft power generation distribution
