Duties
As a/an MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will:
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate a wide variety of programs, policies, procedures, associated goals and objectives, and mission operations.
- Plan, develop, and communicate the organization's programs, policies, and activities, both internally and externally.
- Assist in the development and communication of informational materials for a variety of audiences.
- Carry out complex professional assignments involving internal and external communications, web pages, social media, and other related activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of staff training and development.
Requirements

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
