Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining logs and inspect machinery equipment
- Trouble shoot and repair industrial pumps and valves
- Perform preventive maintenance as required
- Repair steam and chill water systems
- Repair plumbing and piping systems
- Trouble shoot and repair general mechanical equipment
- Operate power equipment including lawn mowers - weed eater - chainsaws
- Operate snowplows and associated equipment
- Read and Interpret Mechanical Drawings
- Trouble shoot HVAC systems and equipment
- Repair minor carpentry items
- Operate powered machinery

- Incumbent may be required to work in close - hot - dusty - dirty - cold and confined environments
