We are hiring for several positions at our Pullman location.
Maintenance
- Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
- Performing plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and upkeep.
- Handling electrical repairs and heating system maintenance.
- Performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnosing and repairing broken assets.
- Keeping records of performed maintenance tasks.
- Following safety precautions and adhering to schedules.
Must have a valid driver’s license. Truck preferred, but not necessarily required. Having your own tools is a plus. Looking for someone with several years’ experience or someone with a little less experience, but eager and quick to learn.
Groundskeeping
- Removing trash from all buildings, especially the exterior, on a daily basis.
- Helping clean and prepare market-ready units.
- Maintaining outdoor areas by mowing grass, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and ensuring the entrance looks appealing.
- Providing property and grounds cleaning.
- Handling custodial/janitorial duties and light painting projects.
- Ensuring the grounds are attractive and safe for residents and visitors.

Cleaners
General cleaning, emptying apartments, cleaning entryways, getting apartments move-in ready. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, stove/oven, refrigerators, etc
