The NH-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band or GS-13 grade level equivalent in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Candidates must demonstrate experience in combat systems equipment integration, strategic program management and oversight of complex facility operations and sustainment, technical leadership throughout the government contracting lifecycle, and the executive ability to communicate organizational vision and represent the agency at a senior level.
