Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)OverviewA leading, global professional services organization is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support firm-wide People and HR operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining, configuring, and enhancing HR systems—primarily Workday—while partnering closely with HR, HRIS leadership, and cross-functionalteams. The position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid in-office schedule. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical HRIS support across recruitment, onboarding, job changes, time tracking, andleaves of absenceServe as a subject-matter expert for Workday configuration and business process setupSupport cyclical HR processes, including annual compensation and performance review cyclesLead and execute testing for Workday releases and system enhancementsTrain HR professionals on Workday processes such as hiring, terminations, status changes, andabsence managementAnalyze current HR data management practices and recommend process improvementsOversee data accuracy, reporting, auditing, and job aid documentationCollaborate with HRIS team members and firm departments to troubleshoot and resolve systemissuesSupport absence management and related reporting requirementsAssist with government and compliance-related reportingManage and contribute to HRIS-related projects, as assignedHandle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentialityQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including significant Workday hands-on experienceStrong knowledge of Workday configuration and business process frameworksUnderstanding of database structures and HR data governanceAdvanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work independently and collaborativelySound judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationFlexibility to adjust hours and travel as business needs requireCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $120,000–$135,000, plus discretionary bonusComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Generous paid time off and paid leave programsRobust learning, development, and well-being resourcesCompany DescriptionExceptional work environment and culture
