- Lead and grow a team of engineers across backend and frontend domains.
- Be the champion for Value Delivery Pods with close partnership with Business Stakeholders to focus on execution to value delivery.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and architecture to define roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide guidance on technical decisions while enabling team autonomy and growth.
- Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Implement engineering processes that drive reliability, velocity, and cross-team collaboration.
- Support career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard top engineering talent.
- Drive team-level technical strategy and operational excellence.
- Advocate for engineering best practices across the organization.
Required:
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
- 5 years programming experience designing and implementing software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical foundation in both backend and frontend development.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management.
- Experience managing delivery of complex systems.
- Previous experience scaling teams and platforms in a growing organization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and observability tools
