Civil Engineer Project Manager

REI Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Design Engineer with five or more years of experience to join our Civil Design Team in Wausau, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a motivated professional ready to take the lead on project design and coordination, contributing to the successful delivery of site development projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity for continued growth and leadership within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Civil Design Projects
• Coordinate Multidisciplinary Project Teams
• Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, and Scopes
• Oversee the Preparation of Site Design Plans
• Guide Permitting and Regulatory Approvals
• Support and Mentor Team Members
• Contribute to Client Relationships and Project Development

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 5 years of related experience in civil engineering
• Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience in HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam is a plus
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and aptitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work permanently, without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship in the United States
