To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service performing the following duties: 1) providing oversight and guidance to a team of employees; 2) implementing corrective action for any discovered deficiencies; 3) developing and implementing resourceful solutions to accomplish mission-critical tasks within a rapidly changing work environment subject to shifting priorities, personnel fluctuations, and parts shortages; 4) Managing customer expectations by providing consistent, proactive updates on project progress, changes, and outcomes to ensure alignment with overarching mission objectives.

- Supervise work of subordinate employees and supervisors.
- Keep higher level management and Director informed about project status and emerging issues through normal reporting.
- Formulate short and long-range production requirements based on broad mission requirements.
- Delegate and monitor tasks to complete project objectives.
Conditions of employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Must be willing to travel (TDY) up to 20% of the time.
- Must be willing to submit a Financial Disclosure (OGE Form 450) prior to employment and annually thereafter.
- Must be willing to undergo a 1-year supervisory probationary period.
