The U-Haul Self Storage Affiliate Network is looking for an Operations Coordinator. This individual will be partnered with onboarding affiliates who will assist them in setting up their management software account as well as providing day-to-day support and training once successfully onboarded.
This is an hourly position with advancement opportunities. Great customer service skills, strong communication (both written and oral) ability, excellent computer skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed are qualities necessary for this position.

Essential Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Advise clients on appropriate navigations/execution to their management software
- Guide clients in understanding growth opportunities made available to them for being part of the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network (USSAN)
- Build positive relationships though frequent written, verbal and in-person communication with clients
- Focus on the client’s experience with management software
- Work closely with department to develop marketing programs, improve operational efficiencies and interact with management
- Assist in the development and implementation of department opportunities and revenue streams
- Attend occasional industry events
- Routine email, phone, and online chat communications with affiliates requesting assistance
- Scheduled tutorials and training with affiliates
- Monthly team member meetings both virtual and in person
- Strong analytical, logical and reasoning skills
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in customer service
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
