Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of agents as they assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Guide agents in troubleshooting and determining the best outcomes for customers.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Report, document, and escalate bugs, issues, and concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including disputes and escalated concerns.
- Strong ability to guide and support a team in real time across phone, chat, and email channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain steady in high-pressure situations.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying solutions and driving improvements.
- Previous customer service or operational support experience preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with inbound/outbound calls
- Experience responding to and sending customer emails
- Chat support experience
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
