Help Desk II

Tyto Athene is seeking a candidate for the role of Helpdesk II serving a military customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues to include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
• Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution and has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures, such as trouble ticket systems, troubleshooting, active directory, etc.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines (SOPs) to perform the functions of the job.
  
  
  

Required

• Associates’ degree or equivalent
• Four (4) years of IT support experience
  
  
  

Clearance

• Secret Clearance required
  
  
  

Compensation

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is between $65,000-$70,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
