Responsibilities
- Provide technical support Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customer telecommunications equipment, analog phones, VoIP phones, AudioCodes equipment, and Valcom overhead paging equipment
- Repair and maintenance Perform hardware repairs and replacement on telecommunications equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Customer Service Assist customers with their devices, ensuring they understand how to use their assigned telecommunications equipment
- Communication Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both electronically and verbally.
- Training and development Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Experience with overhead paging systems, Valcom and/or Bogen, operation, installation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance of AudioCodes MP 504/MP524s, operation, installation and maintenance
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Experience resolving complex service problems, performing expert maintenance and installs, configuring and testing all types of telecommunications equipment and services.
- Experience troubleshooting telecommunications solutions using test instruments and monitoring and diagnostic programs.
- Experience preparing telecommunications equipment for installation by testing, calibrating, or modifying equipment as required.
- Architecture and technical support documentation skills is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony desired
- At least (5) years of experience on VoIP projects
- Must be able to work in cramped spaces, must be able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, bending, squatting, crawling under desks

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $65,000-$84,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
