Travel: 1 to 5 trips per year.
Supervisory Skills: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel in a single department or work unit who perform similar and or interrelated tasks and activities.

- Scheduling birds for processing according to weight in relation to what the plant needs.
- Communicating with the growers and giving advice on management practices and monitoring various feeding and health programs for broilers.
- Planning boosting schedules for birds to be vaccinated, monitoring cost reports, plant production, DOA's, etc.
- Comparing to the previous weeks performance and working with accounting personnel to ensure the accuracy and status of all broiler settlements.
- Meeting with and encouraging broiler technical advisors on a weekly basis.
- Working directly with equipment companies in order to ensure efficient lay out of equipment and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
