Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Hang birds (weighing approximately 50–55 pounds) on the processing line in a timely and efficient manner
- Rotate between production duties and truck wash responsibilities
- Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to Tyson Foods policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching (above and across)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly while handling birds weighing approximately 50–55 pounds
- Required to stand for extended periods (minimum of 9 hours per shift)
- Work in wet, damp, and cold conditions (20–40°F) on a routine basis
- Perform job duties involving heavy lifting in a physically demanding environment
- Must be willing and able to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
