Job Title: Rendering General Laborer

Position Overview

The Rendering General Laborer performs general labor duties in the Rendering facility while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This entry-level role requires adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks across assigned areas of the Rendering facility.

• Safely push, pull, carry, and lift materials as required.

• Handle raw and processed beef and pork products as part of rendering operations.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, food safety, and company policies.

• Work in environments with heat and humidity (approximately 75°F–105°F).

• Remain active and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends; facility operates Monday–Saturday.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to work with raw animal products, including beef and pork.

• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
